• Responsible for representing Boro in Tax Court
• Responsible for all resident tax questions/complaints

Property Tax Exemption

The Borough of Buena has passed an ordinance which will provide for real estate tax exemption for improvements to commercial or industrial structures which are located within the Borough, and for the abatement of real estate taxes for construction of commercial or industrial structures within the Borough.
